Your Hanna Staff, your plan, and your engine — in one place.
Three quick videos. Watch these before you do anything else.
Every morning, open Actions — knock out what's hot, log what you did. Each tap nudges your Scoreboard. Keep the streak alive and the votes follow.
Lock in the foundations of your campaign in HANNA. Race basics, opponent intel, key dates, tech & account, payments, texting & data integrations. Get this right and every piece of work in your war room - walks, calls, texts, banking - flows from accurate data. Get it wrong and you'll fight your own setup for the rest of the campaign.
Mike asks what only you know; he handles the rest.
The credit belongs to the one who is actually in the arena — who, at the worst, if they fail, at least fail while daring greatly.
Your team runs most of this for you and brings you approvals in the Arena. These are the direct doors into your Hanna Engine for the moments only you can handle — calling a specific voter, jumping in on a reply, knocking turf, making a personal ask. Each one is a single tap to the right screen, no menu-diving.
The facts of record - your whole team works from these. Need one changed? Tell Mike in the Arena - facts carry work built on top of them, so he restates what a change touches, makes it, and it corrects everywhere at once.
Your specialized team of directors — one for every part of a campaign. Each role launches with its lead director; alternate personalities for each role come online through 2027, so you can flip the feel of any seat down the road. The active director is who shows up in Activities to work with you.
Link Telegram and your whole team rides along - same conversations, same memory as the Arena. Type to reach Mike; /team lists everyone. If you skipped this during your welcome, this is the place to do it.
Money raised for the campaign — this feeds your Scoreboard's fundraising numbers, not your spending balance. Online donation processing is coming; until then, log what you raise (call time, events, checks).
Money you add to spend — separate from your War Chest fundraising above. Three buckets pay for everything: your platform (SMS, email, automations), your staff (your directors and Bench pros), and your materials (signs, mailers, print).
Your HannaPro subscription covers the basics — your team's day-to-day operations, included messaging volume, and routine work. Engine Fuel only kicks in when you go beyond what's included, in three buckets:
Platformcovers SMS, email, and phone overages above your plan's included volume. Predictable month to month.
Hanna Staffcovers the credits your directors need for extra work — deep research, strategy worksheets, custom drafting — plus any human pros you hire from The Bench. You authorize each job.
Materialscovers physical goods you order through HannaPro — yard signs, mailers, print. Pass-through cost plus small handling.
Your Finance Directorhandles all of it. Top up your Engine Fuel, set auto-replenish, and she keeps the team paid.
Each workspace produces a Plan; once saved, it lives here as a Playbook artifact. Plans gate everything downstream — without the Comms Plan, Jonah's team stays locked. Without the Fundraising Plan, Catherine's team can't start. Hover any badge for details. Upload your own materials to feed HANNA your existing work.

LaunchLessons the War College proved across many campaigns, offered to you. You decide which your team trains on - nothing changes how your campaign runs unless you adopt it. Evidence is always aggregate; no other campaign is ever named.
Clears every worksheet on this campaign, asks your team for fresh drafts, and puts you back at the beginning of the Path. Use this when you want to walk the whole thing again from a clean start. What you have typed into your sheets is gone for good — your campaign, your team, your funds and your record of what happened are all untouched.
Invite the humans on your campaign. Everyone claims their seat through the same door you did - they create their own login, and their role decides what they see. Only you can invite or remove people.
The campaign's official definitions of who's who in the voter file. Your team cuts every list against these - change a definition and every future list changes with it. Counts appear once your voter file is in.
What your team may do without asking - and what always comes to you first. Anything above a threshold lands in the Arena as an approval card; below it, the work runs and logs to Chronicles.
How and when the team reaches you. Crisis always gets through - a campaign fire doesn't wait for morning, and that rule is not editable.
The file exchange between you and your team. Originals are kept here in your own column format - the Engine copies are derived from them, never the other way around.
The boring paperwork that keeps the campaign legal - stored once, used everywhere. Deadlines surface in the Arena as they approach.
Your subscription: $250/mo full campaign, or $99/mo pause - pausing keeps everything (your data, lists, and playbook stay; the team stands down until you resume). Card changes go through the same secure checkout you purchased with.
Every campaign plays on a map. Themes change the map and the whole look of your war room - same race, same work, different world. More worlds are on the way.
The machine room — what's running under your war room. Live facts only.
General training applies to this variant only. The other variants in this role have their own training and stay independent.
How should they think? Their default style and stance.
Race-specific context: candidate's positions, opponents, district details.
Preferred phrasings, banned words, tone notes.
I'm Mike Donovan, your campaign manager. I'll walk you through this from here all the way to Election Day. Let me show you around — takes 30 seconds.
Story, message, universe — all set. Now we build the engine.
